We recently had a terrible experience with a custom flooring manufacturer that’s well known with multiple wood floor of the year awards. This lead to over 3 months of delays for our client. It was ultimately resolved, but we were never happy with the quality. Not to mention this was supposed to be maple. I guess there’s no grading rules when it comes to parquet. The photos speak for themselves. Moving forward we will most likely fabricate any of our own parquet patterns, as our clients deserve much better quality than this.
