We are so excited to share that we received an Airbnb Community Fund Grant! Thank you and the Airbnb Host Community for supporting organizations like WISER!

As a peer to peer psychosocial support structure, WISER utilizes houses of wisdom. These are houses that facilitate conversations and collective growth, whilst building lasting friendships! Additionally, mentorship and instilling life skills as some of the key roles of the houses of wisdom. Recently, WISER hosted Kenya Connect staff who learned about this model through house leaders and peer educators.

The girls at WISER recently initiated a tree planting program, aimed at improving the climate one step at a time. In collaboration with the Ratieny Environmental Association and Ratieny Comprehensive Environmental club, the girls not only learned about the impact of climate change but also their role in their community. 250 trees were planted! 💚

WISER NGO recognized for putting gender at the center of education and development! So proud of our Kenyan team, working in a remote area of Kenya, always putting girls' health and rights first.

We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievement of WISER Girls Secondary School in the 2024 National Form 4 Examinations!

With a record mean score of 8.04, WISER has been ranked among the top 100 schools nationally, a remarkable improvement from our 2023 mean of 6.8.

This incredible milestone reflects the dedication and hard work of our students, teachers, and the entire WISER community. We're proud to announce that 96% of our Class of 2024 qualified to pursue university degree courses.
