Our annual Summer Vitality Vibe Fest brought it all together with flag football, a hot dog eating contest, a dunk tank, tasty treats, yard games, and more!

In honor of Memorial Day, Aspida is closed for the day and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26. Today, we honor the heroes who gave their lives in service to our nation. Their bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to protecting our freedoms will always be remembered and deeply appreciated.

Today, some of the Triangle’s most inspiring women leaders — including our own Sandy Ball — gathered at the SOLD OUT Triangle Business Journal 2026 Empowered Women’s Forum. It was a day full of authentic conversations, valuable insights, and meaningful connections with an incredible community of leaders.
