Excited to share the completion of Durhamite’s 18,000 SF Southcourt office renovation in Durham.

This transformed second-floor workspace features a mix of private offices, conference rooms, collaborative work areas, phone rooms, custom millwork, glass-front office systems, and employee-focused amenities designed to support productivity, flexibility, and connection.

Another successful buildout completed at The Rockway. Working with such a collaborative owner team made this one especially rewarding.

Designed by , the space features an extensive rift sawn white oak millwork package throughout, including custom booths and ceiling details, paired with a creative use of colorful tile that brings a modern, open feel to the restaurant.

Great day at the 22nd Annual AIA Triangle Golf Tournament at The Club at 12 Oaks.

Gateway Building Company was proud to be one of the sponsors at this year’s event and spend time with industry partners while supporting the program for students at and .

Our team recently completed Bexley at Heritage, Wake Forest amenity space.

This project transformed the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness room, and shared amenity spaces with updated finishes, custom millwork, refreshed workspaces, and thoughtful design details throughout. From the stained wood ceiling beams to the felt feature walls and new collaborative seating areas, every detail came together to create a space that feels elevated, functional, and welcoming.

Most importantly, this was a great partnership from start to finish. Grateful to Weinstein Properties, Drew Billups, the leasing team, and all of our trade partners who helped bring the vision to life.
