2018 Predictions
Interior designers are predicting that 2018 is going to be the year of neutrals and earth tones. Velvet is also showing it's head in both the fashion world and home interior... greens in different shades, as well as reds, orange and beige are showing up and slowly pushing the greys out the door in color trends. I personally have noticed Navy is making a comeback paired with white, grey and for a more dramatic effect Metallic gold. Midcentury style furniture seems to also be the talk amongst fellow designers, claiming the design gives a retro feel to a room creating a harmonic and cozy feel.
2018 is going to be a great year, I've decided this and so there fore, I'm going to make this statement true lol. Starting today, I'm going to start making this page not only a way to promote my gypsy cottage group, which is AWESOME, but also as a way to flow design ideas, color trends, and styles. This is not limited to only the home but I'd like to include fashion styles as well. I find that color and style trends between home and clothing fashions tend to go hand in hand. With this transformation and growth of this page I hope to promote other small businesses as well. Give shout outs and testimonials on different products or establishments that offer a specific item. For my small business/boutique owners please feel free to private message me if you'd like your business to be featured. There will be contests and giveaways to promote the page, and help increase followers. I encourage positive feedback, and interaction from my followers. Please refrain from negative unconstructive comments. Voicing your opinion is welcome but not in a negative unconstructive way. So here's to new adventures and making 2018 GREAT.
