Thanks for another wonderful year with El Matador Design and J3media! Here’s some of my favorite projects I worked on throughout the year. .

Nice new logo for a new river focused apparel company River Flair! A company embracing the silliness and playfulness of the river and the outdoors. First mascot logo I’ve done in a long time, and I still need to think of a name for this little otter before we move onto phase 2! .

Nice little logo and wooden treatment for JK woodworking in Durango, CO.

I was honored to design the poster this year. I wanted to model it after as a tribute to what I think is one of the most incredible pickin spaces in the entire world and the menagerie of animals that find refuge there every April. Here’s a zoomed in look at each of the rooms from my version of the . There’s a few Easter eggs in there let me know if you can find them! 😉..

El Matador Design’s 2024 wrapped is here. Thank you to everyone I worked with in the past year for allowing me to make some art for you. It’s not easy doing this full time but when I look back over a year of work I’m overjoyed to see the results. Here’s some of my favorite pieces from 24’. Happy new year everybody!

I’m proud of this logo I worked on for the Public Lands Center, based in Durango, CO.

New poster for I drew a roadrunner with an electric guitar a few years ago and always loved the illustration and I’m glad to finally put it to use for this awesome band with the addition of an acoustic guitar and some speedy sneakers. Check them out at the Mesa theater December 13th!

I loved working on this digital illustration for the Durango Natural Foods co-op! Hard to believe they’ve been around for 50 years already, here’s to the next half century! 🍻

Have you seen ‘s fancy new album cover? I’ve known these guys for over a decade and I’m so happy they are still together and making great music. I’m proud to make this album cover for them.

It was an honor to work on this poster for The Durango, Cowboy Gathering for their awesome event, the horseback social. This event was designed to unite county and city folks in southern Colorado and celebrate sharing in community and to moving forward past a time of great political and social divisions.

I love illustrator spellcheck. It is always absurd (especially with Spanish) It always wants to change my email to [email protected] which isn’t a bad idea.
