🚧 Out with the old, in with the new.

Our crew recently completed the demolition of an existing parking lot and is now preparing the site for new asphalt.

The next phase includes regrading the area and installing improved storm drainage to better manage runoff and help protect the pavement for years to come. Proper drainage is one of the most important parts of any job. Water management plays a critical role in protecting the investment and ensuring long-term performance.

🚧 A strong foundation starts with proper drainage.

Now that the foundation is in place, our crew has completed the installation of a French drain system to help direct water away from the home and protect the foundation for years to come.

Drainage may not be the most visible part of a project, but it’s one of the most important. Proper water management helps prevent moisture issues, reduce pressure against foundation walls, and protect the homeowner’s investment.

Upper Pine River Fire Station Update 🚧

Another milestone reached.

Our crew has completed foundation preparation at the Upper Pine River Fire Station and the site is now ready for concrete.

From excavation and grading to final prep, every step matters when building a strong foundation. We’re proud to help move this important community project forward and appreciate the hard work our team put into getting the site ready for the next phase.
