Eat Local Eat Healthy supports Local Restaurants and Institutions to connect with Local Farmers by offering healthy meals with local ingredients. Each Participant has the following in their menu items:
• No trans fat, no modified fats or MSG
• At least one serving of vegetables in each meal
• At least one ingredient in each menu item that came
from a local source
• 800 calories maximum
