My new favorite book about the body. I wish I had read this years ago.
Hi everyone I wanted to fill you in on what precautions I’ve been taking for COVID 19. I have been using a HEPA air filter and a fan in the window. My clients and I have both been wearing masks and to keep folks warm there’s a heating pad on the table. With the two big open windows and a fan it feels like you’re outside. I will also cancel appointments if me or my family have any symptoms. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.
Thanks!
