Uhhh hello July? Closing day was a hoot (not sure where you'll ever find $2 beers in Durango these days) but holy cow!

La.plata County still ringing in at the lowest median sales price compared to the rest of the Colorado resort counties.

Super clean and well kept single level TH in Edgemont Highlands. What's that- a TH in Highlands? Yup!
