CAST AND CONNECT on Saturday June 13th

Come fish with 5RTU and meet other anglers in the Durango area!

When: 9AM to noon (But, if you're having fun, don't stop.)
Where: BMX Parking lot near the bridge - look for a truck with the 5RTU Banner
What to bring: Fishing gear!

This will be our first Cast and Connect. It is an informal meetup for anglers that just want to meet others, and, oh yeah, do some fishing! Just show up and we'll go from there.

Last Sunday, May 17th, Women of Trout Unlimited gathered on the beautiful San Juan River for an incredible day of connection, learning, and time on the water — proudly sponsored by Five Rivers Trout Unlimited.

From building fly fishing skills to sharing stories, laughter, and encouragement, the day was a wonderful reminder of how strong and welcoming this community truly is. We’re grateful to everyone who came out to support women in conservation, angling, and outdoor recreation. Here’s to more days on the river together! 🎣💙
