Trig Masonry

Here is a preview of “Large Format (2’x2’)Tile Installation” for Morehart/Murphey Subaru’s new building in Durango, CO. We had the pleasure of installing the Masonry and Tile, with our masonry division, and our stucco division “Durango Plastering & Drywall” completed the stucco. What a great project it has been to be a part of, and trusted to ensure, it is everything the owners had dreamed of!

This project is one of a kind as you can see resting at 12,300 ft (above tree line). This Homeowner had a vision that we were honored to have brought that vision and dream to real life.

This cabin is officially the last structure to be permitted above tree line, and is now a part of history. At 12,300' elevation, this has been one adventurous build, facing only a 6 week window per year to be able to work, from the time we can get the remaining snow drifts cleared, to the time that winter starts sending us warning signs that you cannot ignore. Our team is succeeding not only an extraordinary task, but pushing their bodies to the limits. With very little oxygen, they have been fatigued, with incredible storms, they have been cold, with a little teamwork, they have built a part of history.
