Stop by 3:30-6pm and grab a herbal shrub soda, get a bottle to take home, or sample all of our current flavors! 😊

Hi friends!

A shift is happening at Sunbird and we are eager to share more on what we've been up to the past several months!

We will continue to offer our mobile espresso bar for private events and other special occasions, and are branching out to the art of shrub making!

I started experimenting with making shrubs (drinking vinegars) 6 years ago and have been reinspired by the abundance of fruit in this area.

Our vision for Sunbird is to prevent food waste, utilize local fruit and herbs, and to become part of the fabric of the local food economy.
