Are you feeling off, tired, anxious and can’t relax? Then join Steven Thursday April 16th for a binaural sound healing. Steven will be playing two different gongs with different fundamental notes.
These multiple frequencies create unique interference patterns. When played rhythmically the gongs automatically setup additional heart/brain coherence in the body. This is the foundation of work.
So for a fraction of the cost ($35 vs $3500+) you can receive the same treatment for your physical body and biofield that you would encounter at one of Dr Joe’s events, if you can even get tickets.
Join us this Thursday and experience relief from the grind and life’s daily stressors 🧘♂️🧘🧘♀️
Join Steven Thursday April 2nd 7pm-8pm for a Binaural Sound Meditation Riverside location next to the library.
This session is designed to create entrainment with body and mind through rhythm. Playing rhythmically increases heart rate variability and heart/brain coherence, the foundation of Dr Joe Dispenza’s work.
Dress comfortably for the session. Most people typically choose to lay down during the session.
Please arrive early so the session can start on time 🙏
See you Thursday at Pause Riverside 😁
