At Penn State Scranton, faculty are able to really get to know and mentor their students —which can have lasting impacts for both.
Ed Lucy, a 1976 computer science alum, is a testament to that dynamic — establishing an award to honor the memory of one of his inspiring teachers, Professor Richard F. Dempsey, while also helping future generations of Information Technology students.
