No Bisquick in the house, so I used Williams Sonoma Belgian Waffle Mix with Jimmy Dean Hot sausage and extra-sharp cheddar—and honestly, this pantry experiment had no business being this good. Crispy edges, cheesy centers, a little heat, and just a touch of sweetness. These disappeared fast. 🔥🧀
Some things are a lot harder to say out loud than they are to hide.
This is probably the most honest I’ve been in a long time. If it resonates with even one person, then it was worth sharing.

Let’s see if the free Kosmos Q grilling gifts are actually worth it. I put the heat-resistant grill gloves and 10-inch chef’s knife to work on a thick-cut steak seasoned with Cow Cover. The gloves made working around the hot grill easier, and the knife sliced cleanly through that crust without tearing up the steak. From July 17 through July 31, spend $50 and get the grill gloves free, or spend $115 and get the chef’s knife free.
