Letting my soul and hair free!
Coming off of the Juneteenth weekend, I reflect on what freedom means to me. It means letting go of anything that weighs our spirits and our physical bodies down. Freedom is moving towards your truth, peace, joy, & authenticity unapologetically.
Let’s be thankful for Freedom! Thankful for the resilience, determination, intelligence, talent, strength, passion, ingenuity, togetherness, community , family, friendship, faith, love, & hope which keeps us all forward moving continuously in an upward trajectory regardless of any circumstances thrown at us.
Carry the spirit of Juneteenth forward each and everyday. Let your lights shine & by all means, Let Freedom Ring!!!

Gosh - I am proud of myself! These past couple of days have been so productive. I’m making sure I also keep a balance of self-care so I don’t feel overwhelmed.
People really keep thinking I’m AI on the phone. Today someone I know was like, “It sounded like you but I wasn’t sure because I thought you were a robot. Maybe I need to sell my speaking voice. 😅😂
I was out and about all day and no one told me I had a single Michael Jackson curl in the front of my forehead. I’m cool with it though. Lol
