Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first Grooves on the Green of the season. Residents enjoyed an evening filled with live music by No Quick Fix, delicious food trucks, sweet treats from the ice cream truck, face painting for the kids, and a special visit from the PINSTACK team as we count down to their exciting opening.

Momentum is building at Kincora as new destinations continue to take shape across the community. ✨

The Northern Virginia Science Center is now well under construction, with its façade beginning to rise ahead of a targeted 2027 opening. Nearby, PINSTACK’s premier entertainment venue is also nearing completion ahead of its highly anticipated summer debut.

With new opportunities for entertainment, education, dining, and connection continuing to emerge, Kincora is evolving into a vibrant mixed-use community designed to bring people together in the heart of Loudoun County.

The Burn just shared an exclusive first look inside PINSTACK’s new Loudoun entertainment destination, and it’s shaping up to be unlike anything else in the region. From 28 bowling lanes, laser tag, bumper cars, arcade games, and a ropes course to elevated dining, outdoor patios, and private event spaces, Pinstack is bringing a whole new level of entertainment to Kincora.

We’re excited to welcome this one-of-a-kind destination to the community and can’t wait for everyone to experience it this summer. Stay tuned for opening updates!

The future of entertainment is taking form at Kincora. 🎳🏗️

If you’ve driven along Route 28 lately, you’ve probably noticed the striking triangular tower rising at the upcoming PINSTACK entertainment venue. The 56,000-square-foot destination is officially under construction and will bring bowling lanes, an interactive arcade, bumper cars, rock climbing, a full-service restaurant, and a full bar to Loudoun County.

What's even more exciting is that this will be Pinstack’s first location outside of Texas, with an anticipated opening in Q2 2026. We’re thrilled to see this major milestone come to life and can’t wait to welcome a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience to our community.

🎉 A major milestone at Kincora! The Northern Virginia Science Center has officially topped out, marking the placement of its final structural beam and a major step forward for this future regional hub for STEM learning and exploration.

Balfour Beatty, the project’s contractor, has placed 5,500 cubic yards of concrete, 700 tons of steel, and dedicated more than 60,000 hours of work to bring this transformative destination to life at Kincora.
