Castleview Manor is an historic mansion that contains six 1-BR apartments (owners live on first floor) plus two efficiency units. $550-595 per month.

My wife and I bought this majestic old home in 2010, and spent that summer making much-needed exterior and foundation repairs -- plus adding a new basement "room-for-rent" apartment. Since then we've slowly begun updating the five upstairs apartments, and in 2011-12 we've been transforming the upstairs of our carriage house into a fitness center plus a community gathering space.
