So happy I got to have Kylie in to see me and let me have a bit of fun at work! We added a bright money piece, and some baby lights to give her a soft blended dimensional look!

• In most of my other blonde posts you usually see, going blonde is a process, and this is one of those cases! Transitioning from dark hair to light will take multiple sittings, and multiple strengthening treatments to give your hair the much needed muscle to break through the red/ copper tones!

Today I got to work some magic behind the chair!
My client Erica came into see me with multiple different tones, and and a dream to go blue!

After a detailed consultation, and 5 hours of work I was able to create this multi-tonal blue with a dark root, and we could not be happier with the result! If you ask me I would say her hair felt so much healthier at the end of her service, and the shine speaks for itself. 😍✨

🌿 VEGANUARY 🌿

• I am so excited to announce that as of January 1, 2021 Aveda is 100% vegan!

Aveda reformulated all of their non-vegan products and removed all bee-derived ingredients like honey and beeswax from their products. Some of Aveda products used to contain beeswax, honey, and/or bee-derived ingredients.

I am beyond excited to be working with a brand who is thoughtful about the ingredients in each formulation and the impact that we have on the world!

• Today I came to work to have FUN! This whole process with Maya’s hair took roughly 3 hours, but as you can see..... it was well worth the outcome! Her hair is so naturally beautiful, and I’m so thankful that she trusts me with her hair to make this style happen! We started with a wash and blow dry, then we pressed her hair straight, and finally we added some fun beach waves! Thank you so much again for coming in to see me today!
