Prior to launching his ActionCOACH business, Rick served as Director of Marketing for the Bath and Body Division of Limited Brands and was a key player in driving record company revenue and profit through innovative and effective marketing programs. Before that he served at Ford Motor Company in many key roles including product development, leading the customer relationship management (CRM) implementation at Ford, and playing a key role in the $750 million Ta**us car line profit turnaround as the brand manager. Since joining ActionCOACH, Rick has been blessed to have been internationally recognized by ActionCOACH for in achieving top results for three consecutive years. In 2010 Rick was honored as Coach of the Year - Coaches Choice -The Americas, nominated by his peers as the ActionCOACH they would most like to emulate. In 2009, Rick was recognized as Coach of the Year-Best Client Results-The Americas and as a finalist for that same award in 2008. He has also been awarded the prestigious Action Man Award-The Americas for the immediate business impact he brought to the Central Ohio market. With an undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Delaware, an MBA from Duke University and a Six Sigma “Green Belt” Certification, Rick is adept at helping people make complicated issues simple. Rick resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife Jennifer and his two children Ashley and Kevin. He is very active in the Dublin Chamber of Commerce , Boy Scouts Troop 185, New Hope Church and Bible Study Fellowship. He is an accomplished public speaker and has spoken to audiences of over 10,000 people.

This is a great to book to align your employees as to what you, the owner, want. It helps employees develop an engaged mindset at work and eliminate unproductive behaviors.
