Residence at Canyon Bend ready for clients to move in.

The building of our new office building in Dripping Springs, TX is moving along. The ICF walls were raised over the winter and the new Structural Insulated Panels by Nvolve Technologies are looking great.
We also got the roof installed last week by Straight Solutions, the Austi Metal Roofing Experts, austinmetalroof.com. Hooray! Looks fabulous!

Construction drawings under way for a little big house in the City of Albuquerque. Now also licensed in New Mexico!

Z Works office building construction is moving forward. Posts were attached to custom made floor brackets. The very last of the trusses reused from a Texas turkey farm were raised to hold up the second floor.

The concrete has been poured into the ICF walls of Future home of Z Works Design/Build, Inc. It was a long but successful day!

Now that the freeze crazyness is over, we are back at raising the ICF walls at the office. Z Works Design/Build, Inc.
