The homie Miguel came through today to support!

A rotating selection of sausage is now a mainstay of the new menu! This beauty is a house-made Nuremberg bratwurst, made traditionally, with cream and eggs. It's topped with caraway dill kraut and mustard, also made in-house. What wiener should we make next?

Put it on chicken and ribs. CHONKY RUB is super coarse which allows for a great bark. It also creates gaps in seasoning for smoke to pe*****te, moreso than finer rubs.
