Even though you can’t see her face, you can see how excited she was to get to camp. Her feet literally left the ground. A special thank you to my brother, who also happens to be at camp, for getting this great picture.
Parent check in! How are the first few days going for your campers?

Well it’s the evening of the first day of camp and I’m looking through the pictures I took at the bus. My daughter couldn’t wait to get on that bus and get up to camp. Will I miss her for the next 7 1/2 weeks? Of course, but I also know she is where she needs to be. My only hope for her, her friends and for all campers away at overnight camp, is that they are safe, HEALTHY, and happy. And to all the first time overnight camp parents, if you need someone to talk to while you’re house is a little more quiet this summer, I’m here. Do not hesitate to reach out. Have a wonderful summer!
