JD powered through today’s session and worked on a whole bunch of principles! Dribbling and ball control was a huge focus as well as defensive principles and he already is remembering it like a pro just after two sessions! So fun working with this dude!

Quinn and Oliver back for a second week in a row! We worked on opening up with the ball and finding the pass to create opportunities on goal with Oliver still working on his goalie skills!

Rain or shine at yesterday mornings training with JD!! We focused on dribbling, how to create power on passes and shots, and our defending positioning!! JD had a blast with our final competition where he kicked Coach Bailey’s butt and won! Cant wait to continue working with him!

🚨Double trouble!! Not one but TWO 2 on 1 trainings yesterday and Sloane and Hadley worked on ball control with rakes being a priority, using their strong legs for power passes and shots, and learning how to take shots quickly and correctly! These girls were a bunch of fun I can’t wait to see their growth continue!

Quinn and Oliver had their first 2 on 1 training this morning where we worked on first touch, receiving and passing effectively, shooting technique for Quinn and goalie tactics and techniques for Oliver! Jam packed morning and they were a blast!!
