Mia had her first session today and this girl is soooo coachable it’s so fun working with her! We worked on lots of technique and technical work!

These girls worked hard this morning on checking into space to receive the ball then pass with accuracy all session long! Seeing the improvements these girls have made since I first started coaching them to now is incredible to witness!

Leo had a soccer busy week with camp, practices with his team and still showed up and was grinding in his private training! We continue to work on quick movements on and off the ball and correcting our passing technique!

Riley had an early one this morning and her technique thanks all the hard work in just a week she is looking so much more sure on her movements and touches!

Great time yesterday morning with the sisters who hustled through some tough agility training and progressed into quick movements off the ball to create space to score!

What you can’t see in the picture is the agility ladder that Leo went to work on this morning! We’ve been working on agility a lot the last two weeks and Leo has been such a trooper! His progressions just keep getting more and more visible!

Riley is starting rec soccer here soon and wants to put in the work because it’s her first time ever playing soccer!! She killed and throughout the training you could see the progressions and thought she was putting into everything as we learned correct techniques!

First session of the day started with Leo who continues to improve on his agility and we for sure got him tired today!! So great working with this dude!

Second session of the morning we had the sisters working of taking touches out of space with all parts of their feet and quickly finding a strong pass. Showing up isn’t easy when you’re tired but the fact they do shows they are committed!

Leo was scoring goals just like Messi yesterday morning! Just after two sessions with him I can already see a difference in his touches! Lots of technical work again and I promised he got to shoot on the big goal and he impressed!

So fun seeing Emree and Harper again yesterday! Have missed coaching them and grateful to be part of their personal training journey! We worked on passing, receiving and distributing as they got to be the first ones to use our new rebounder!
