We’re switching up our “menu” this time around…

as we look back over the years and take stock of what has made this bar so special to us…it’s the regulars. it’s the travelers. the music. the parties. the pop ups. the curated vinyl nights.

these shared experiences, creativity, and the opportunity to cultivate meaning for the guest and bartender alike is what we find most significant.

to this end, we’re going “off the record”
meaning, no more menus.

instead, what are you feeling? you could tell us your favorite spirit and preferred profile. you could take a more playful approach with a prompt like your favorite movie, place, or record. if you don’t wanna bother that’s fine too, tell us a classic cocktail you want (we know them and can riff on them).
prefer a shot and a beer, wine, or highball? anything is on the table.
we want to be a part of making the night your own.

Join us Saturday at Seabird Gateway for a night of celebration with the Zancudo friends and family. It’ll be a great opportunity to meet the makers of this incredible Oaxacan mezcal and learn about the different varietals, tradition, and generations that go into them.
We’re honored to be able to host the team for a night during their short visit to SLC and especially for Santos to spend his birthday at the bird with us - It’s gonna be a party! Come celebrate and wish him a happy birthday!
