Open Interviews This Week at American Preparatory Academy!
Due to the high volume of applications we’ve received, APA will be hosting open interview sessions this week. Candidates are welcome to arrive anytime during the interview blocks.

🎨🇺🇸 Congratulations, Jane Christenson (WV3)!
We are proud to celebrate Jane for being named a finalist in the America 250 Utah Essay & Art Contest! Jane submitted a beautiful mixed-media artwork featuring the Statue of Liberty, created with oil pastels and acrylic paint.
As one of only 130 students statewide selected for this honor, Jane has been awarded a $250 scholarship in recognition of her outstanding work and creativity.
Way to go, Jane! We are proud of your talent, hard work, and achievement! 👏

We are proud to congratulate Santiago and Gabriel on being selected to represent American Preparatory Academy at Utah Boys State this week!
Utah Boys State is one of the state's premier leadership and civic education programs, where outstanding young men from across Utah participate in hands-on government, leadership training, public speaking, and community-building experiences. Delegates gain firsthand experience in how city, county, and state government operate while developing the skills and confidence needed to become future leaders.
We know Santiago and Gabriel will represent APA with integrity, leadership, and excellence. We wish them a memorable week filled with learning, growth, and new friendships.

Last night, our APA staff and administration gathered at the 2026 Best of State Utah Gala to celebrate something truly special — 9 Best of State awards across our campuses!
From the Grand Ballroom of the Salt Palace to the smiles on our team's faces, the evening was a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do. These awards showcase the hard work of our staff and highlight the commitment of our wonderful APA families and the students who inspire us daily.
We are beyond grateful. Thank you to our families for trusting us with your children. Thank you to our students for rising to every challenge. And thank you to every educator, administrator, and team member who pours their heart into American Prep. 🎉

Candidates will have the opportunity to attend a short introduction, take a brief school tour, and participate in individual interviews.

Advik has been selected as a Grand Prize Winner in the Utah State Board of Education’s America 250 Essay & Art Contest for 5th Grade — an incredible statewide honor! 🇺🇸✨
Out of many impressive submissions from students across Utah, Advik’s work stood out for its exceptional creativity and meaningful connection to America’s 250th anniversary celebration.
As a Grand Prize Winner, Advik will receive a $1,000 scholarship prize and be formally recognized by the Utah State Board of Education at their upcoming board meeting!
