Rimrock was the general contractor for 120 and 220 Bend, the first residential offerings in Utah City. Packed with amenities which include the Sunglow resident lounge and listening room, personal Peloton fitness pods and courtyards. In addition, there is a culinary studio, outdoor plaza, dog park and bike storage. Available residences are studio, one, two, three bedrooms and townhomes. Utah City is a 700-acre master-planned community in Vineyard, Utah.
