This is the latest information from the Salt Lake Board of Realtors on the home sales in 2020. It's really impressive to be honest. We've seen the high home sales, fastest appreciation, and lowest interest rates in history.

Last year was the best year in overall home sales in Salt Lake County. More than 19,000 homes were sold, beating the previous 2005 record of 18,907 home sales.

Since I started my real estate career I always wanted my last name to be apart of my business some how. I loved the original design I had created for Fore Realty Inc but I was never thrilled about the name. Today I have started the process of building my brand around what makes my business different from all the other realtors out there, and thats me.

Its been the perfect storm for real estate in Utah. Record low interest rates, combined with economic uncertainty and a flood of people leaving other states to move to Utah.

This has created the lowest inventory levels and fastest home appreciation we've ever seen.
