Big holidays can lead to choices that have big consequences. That’s why we’re reminding each of you to celebrate responsibly and plan ahead this Labor Day weekend.
In 2022, nearly 500 lives were lost in crashes over Labor Day weekend, and almost 40% involved a drunk driver. A safe ride home via a designated driver or a rideshare can make all the difference.
Our office will be closed on Labor Day as we take time to relax and recharge. We look forward to connecting with you when we return on Tuesday.
Wishing you a safe and relaxing holiday weekend!

Medical malpractice laws are changing, and it's more important than ever to stay informed. Recent tort reform efforts across many states are making it harder for patients to bring medical malpractice claims.
While the exact changes vary by jurisdiction, they often include:
☑️ Limiting how much you can recover for non-economic damages like pain and suffering
☑️ Reducing the time you have to bring a lawsuit
☑️ Adding procedural barriers that make it harder to file or win a claim
While the intent is to reduce health care and malpractice insurance costs, these reforms can also limit access to justice for those who have been seriously harmed.
If you have questions or need help understanding your rights, our team is here for you. Do not hesitate to give us a call.

Amusement parks are meant to be a place of fun and excitement, but accidents can happen, sometimes leading to serious injuries. If you or a loved one has been injured at an amusement park, understanding who may be responsible is important.
Liability depends on several factors, including:
✅ Premises Liability - Amusement parks have a duty to maintain safe conditions. If an injury occurs due to hazards such as broken rides or slippery walkways, the park may be held responsible.
✅ Employee Negligence - If an accident results from an employee’s improper operation of a ride or failure to follow safety protocols, both the employee and the park may be liable.
✅ Product Liability - If a ride malfunctions due to a design or manufacturing defect, the manufacturer may be held accountable.
Wherever the incident occurs, if you or a loved one has been injured, understanding your legal rights is crucial. Give us a call anytime; we’re here to help.
