World Cup excitement is in full swing at Gateway! ⚽🌍

Students gathered today to watch Portugal take on DR Congo. We’re especially invested in this match because one of our incredible staff members is from Congo, making it even more meaningful for our campus community.

Moments like these remind us how sports bring people together, celebrate cultures from around the world, and create connections that go far beyond the field. 🇵🇹🇨🇩

We are still smiling after a milestone graduation at Gateway Academy! 🎓✨

This year's ceremony marked the largest graduating class in Gateway's history, and it was truly a magical celebration. From the incredible JAM Academy performance and student film screenings to our beautiful graduation ceremony—complete with the cherished tradition of our founders reading Gateway's version of Oh, the Places You'll Go! and the most heartfelt speeches from students and staff—the day was filled with accomplishment, reflection, and pride.

Following the ceremony, students, families, and staff enjoyed yard games, a delicious lunch prepared by our amazing Chef Sally, and a shave ice truck to help us celebrate in style. We are especially grateful to the parents who helped make this year's graduation so memorable.

Congratulations, Class of 2026! We are incredibly proud of all you have accomplished and can't wait to see the amazing places your journeys take you next. ❤️🎓✨

This year, our students were accepted to an incredible list of colleges and universities, and together they were offered over $1 million in scholarship money!

Although the Brighton High School lacrosse team came up short in the state championship game, we are incredibly proud of Gateway student Nicholas and the entire team for an amazing season. 🥍

Your hard work, determination, teamwork, and dedication were inspiring all season long. Congratulations on a fantastic year and an unforgettable run to the championship game!

Our seniors enjoyed a little “Senior Ditch Day” at the Lagoon! ☀️🎢They’ve been working incredibly hard, and this was a well-deserved day to relax, laugh, and make memories together as graduation gets closer.

They’re officially on the home stretch, and we couldn’t be more excited for all that’s ahead for this amazing group! 🎓💙

With more than 22 years in education and a passion for helping students thrive, Michelle believes in meeting each student where they are, building trust, and creating meaningful growth through connection and support. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW), expected June 2026, further strengthening her holistic and trauma-informed approach to student success. 💙
