National Guard Employment Support Program - Utah

To develop and promote supportive work environments for service members in the Air and Army Guard. The National Guard Employment Support Program provides support directly to the Adjutant's General Offices of the State Joint Forces Headquarters to assist with local and state employer outreach and facilitate employment opportunities for Air and Army National Guard service members, their families and veterans. ESP personnel coordinate and support events and activities to facilitate a supportive environment by increasing awareness of the unique needs of National Guard service members and their families.
