Mike had the opportunity to sit down with Utah Business for their Founder Friday series and reflect on the journey of building Capita.

When Mike started Capita in 2008, he had a vision for creating a different kind of wealth management experience. He didn’t have everything figured out, but he knew relationships mattered, taking care of people mattered, and that staying committed to those things could build something meaningful.

Looking back, building Capita has been one of the greatest adventures of his life, and it has never been about one person.

Meet Kelsey!

Since joining Capita in 2016, Kelsey has played a key role in shaping the firm’s client experience by building the new business and client services departments from the ground up.

As Director of Financial Services, she leads the team that ensures every Capita client receives thoughtful, efficient support.

As an Utah native, Kelsey enjoys spending time in the mountains and traveling with her husband, son, and two dogs.
