Pride Month is a celebration of authenticity, courage, and community. đ
At Emerge, we believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up as their full, genuine self and be met with compassion, respect, and support. Weâre grateful to celebrate alongside our community and continue creating spaces where healing, connection, and belonging can thrive.
Happy Pride Month from the Emerge team. â¤ď¸đ§Ąđđđđ

At Emerge, we talk a lot about boundaries â and not because they make everyone happy in the moment. Sometimes healthy boundaries do frustrate people. Sometimes theyâre uncomfortable. Sometimes theyâre met with pushback, guilt trips, or very dramatic facial expressions from 100-pound dogs who believe they deserve unlimited attention from every human in a 10-mile radius.
But discomfort doesnât automatically mean the boundary is wrong.
One of the hardest parts of healing is learning that you are allowed to set limits even when other people donât like them. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to protect your peace, your energy, your time, and your needs without needing everyoneâs approval first.
Confidence in boundaries usually doesnât start with feeling fearless. It starts with tolerating the discomfort that comes when you stop overextending yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.
Even if your dog looks personally victimized by it. đ§Ą

On Wednesdays, we wear pink. đ
When one of our newer clients said pink was her favorite color, the other women in the group decided we should all wear pink to celebrate her first week. Of course, we couldnât refuse.
What may look small is actually something we value deeplyâwomen noticing each other, including each other, and creating safety through simple acts of care. We love the support our clients offer one another every day. This is how healing happens. đ§Ąđ

Sunâs out, smiles all around âď¸đ§Ą
At Emerge, healing happens in the little momentsâlaughing together as a team and seeing our clients express themselves in their own beautiful, creative ways. The warmer weather has us all feeling a little lighter, a little brighter, and a lot more connected.

Before we were therapists, techs, and dietitiansâŚ
we were little girls learning how to navigate big feelings.
Now we hold space for women doing the same.
At Emerge, healing isnât just one hour a week.
Itâs therapy.
Itâs nutrition.
Itâs expressive arts.
Itâs skill building.
Itâs the steady presence through every hour of programming.
Itâs community.
We built what we believe in â
a place where women feel safe, seen, and strong enough to become.
Same hearts.
Bigger purpose. đŚ

All of our group rooms are named after butterflies đŚ
Because at Emerge, butterflies mean something to us.
They represent transformation. Growth. And the courage it takes to emerge from trauma into something new.
Healing isnât about becoming someone else â itâs about becoming yourself, with strength, softness, and wings you didnât know you had yet.
Every group, every conversation, every step forward happens in a space designed to remind you:
⨠change is possible
⨠growth is allowed
⨠you are becoming
Welcome to your season of emerging đ§ĄđŚ
