What a great time we had at our Halloween party yesterday! Thanks to all our family and friends who came out with their kids for games and trick-or-treating in our offices. Looking forward to next year!

What an incredible day at our 231-unit multifamily build, Pioneer Crossing Apartments, located in Idaho Falls Idaho! Our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was a great success, and it wouldn't have been possible without our incredible teams, partners, investors and all who attended. Just closed on Provenza at Plum Creek! 180-unit multifamily acquisition located in Kyle, Texas. Thank you to our investors, lenders, the Helu team, and all the other third parties who participated and assisted in the closing! We're excited about this investment and eager to hit the ground running!
