I miss my people.

I miss the incredible women I built such meaningful relationships with—the kind that made the long days, the aching bache and feet, and every moment I wanted to quit feel worth pushing through.

There were so many days when I didn’t think my body could take another one. Days when I wanted to give up. I’m so grateful I didn’t, because staying gave me something I could never have planned for— relationships with incredible women that I learned so much from and valued so much.

What I built with those women was rare and irreplaceable. They made a demanding place feel like home, and leaving the career that I hustled and poured blood sweat and tears into means missing not just the work, but the laughter, the support, the small moments, and the people who made it all matter.

I think that’s the hardest part of starting over—learning how to carry the love you have for people who are no longer part of your everyday life.

But I’m a girls’ girl. Always have been, always will be. And I know how lucky I am to love what I do, and to have been welcomed into the lives of women I will always be grateful for. I will be truly so lucky to find even a few of those relationships again🤍
