DOUBLE FEATURE: Coconut Macroons AND Homemade Almond joy!
2 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract -optional
Pinch of salt
Melted chocolate for dipping- optional
Plus almonds for the almond joy recipe!
2 parts sprite (or similar soda; flavored sprite, ginger ale, and soda water would all work well here)
1 oz triple sec or orange juice

Old Fashioned Christmas cookies! Undoubtedly the most popular recipe I’ve ever made amongst family and friends.
165g butter
140g brown sugar
114g white sugar
1 egg
4.5g vanilla extract
125g all purpose flour
125g bread flour (or more AP flour)
3g baking soda
3g baking powder
4g salt
285g chocolate chips
This started as an Olive Garden knockoff, but honestly it’s so good that you can’t compare it anymore.
2 32oz cartons chicken stock
1 pkg premade gnocchi
4 chicken thighs
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
3 tbsp (or 3 cloves) minced garlic
1/4 cup flour
3 cups heavy cream
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup shredded carrot
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Thyme
Italian seasoning

Bring some color and class to your kitchen or dining room with some poster prints! I’ve been teasing them everywhere, because I’m so proud of them😅 they come in standard frame sizes and can be signed and labeled by request.

A new addition to the Cafe collection- tote bags! I have sold tote bags before, but they were an experiment in trial and error. I printed the bags myself, so they needed to be flat and efficient, but that meant they didn’t hold too much and the handles were short. THESE bags, however, don’t have that issue! These grocery/tote bags have extra long handles for shoulder carry, thicker material for heavier need a flat bottom for easy loading, unloading. While these images are mock-ups for now, I will be showing off the actual bags as soon as they’re delivered! And, best yet, they are made of fully recycled cotton, so they’re awesome AND eco conscious. Reduce plastic use with a recycled bag, that can be reused over and over!

Café Collection - Posters
The collection I’m working on features 12 prints, 5 fruit collages and 7 plated still-lifes. Café is earthy, vintage styled with muted tones and intentional film grain that could fit any kitchen theme. All prints come in standard sizes (11x14, 8x10, 5x7), printed on heave fine-art paper and are hand titled and signed. Will be available for purchase in late May!

It’s been a while😅 Simmer is not dead, and there are things coming soon once I have a space to make again! Posters, apparel, stickers, and a new recipe book are coming sometime 2024. I still post on Instagram and TikTok, so maybe I’ll see you there!🥰
