Event season is upon us! This time of year, there are so many events available throughout the county, providing individuals and families the opportunity to connect with other families, network with providers, ask questions, and gather resources!

We will be attending Representative Brennan and Senator Santarsiero’s Disability Resource Fair on Thursday, May 14th from 3pm to 5pm at the Doylestown Community Recreation Center.

On World Autism Day, we pause to celebrate the beauty of different minds and the richness they bring to our world. Autism is not a limitation—it is a unique way of seeing, feeling, and experiencing life.

Today is about understanding, acceptance, and appreciation. Every individual’s journey is different and each story adds something meaningful to our community and our world. 💙

The Bucks IU SEQUEL Adult Program had a wonderful time attending the Bucks County Behavioral Health Department’s annual Health and Wellness Fair!
Participants explored a wide range of resources focused on supporting wellness across Bucks County. From pet therapy and sound therapy to massage, yoga, and interactive vendor tables, there were so many opportunities to learn, connect, and try something new.
Events like this highlight the importance of community partnerships and access to services that promote health, independence, and overall well-being. We’re grateful to all the organizations who shared their time and resources, and to our participants for their enthusiasm and engagement throughout the day!

Honored and humbled …. What an amazing evening shared with The Next Steps this past weekend. We are so thankful for the recognition and to be the recipient of the Community Champion Award. The evening was filled with inspiring stories, future plans, and a commitment to the mission of Everyday Lives. 🫶🏼

A day to recognize the beauty, strength, and incredible contributions of individuals with Down syndrome. It’s also a reminder to embrace inclusion, promote understanding, and celebrate differences that make our world brighter.

Let’s continue to advocate for opportunities, respect, and acceptance for all. Together, we can build a more inclusive and compassionate world.
