The only rule of pastry class: always make a little extra. For quality control, of course! 😄 Today’s class was a trip to Italy through our bellies. We made vanilla bean and honey gelato, pistachio gelato, and a coffee gelato hybrid. It is always a delight to connect with you and to share our mutual passion for good food. I know I always say this, but today was an extraordinary class with a group of amazing women. Thank you hardly seems enough. With gratitude, Chef Kel💕
