Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are all tax-advantaged ways to help manage healthcare costs.

HSAs are like personal savings accounts for healthcare, owned by you, that roll over year to year and can be invested. You need an HDHP to have one.
FSAs are employer-sponsored accounts that are "use-it-or-lose-it" (with possible exceptions), offering pre-tax contributions and immediate access to the full annual amount.
HRAs are employer-funded arrangements where the employer reimburses you for eligible medical expenses, and they are generally tied to your employer.
