“The expansion of the North Hills Innovation District continues as Kane Realty Corp. maps out the first building on the Midline Raleigh site after acquiring the property for $72 million early this year.

The real estate company is planning an 8-story mixed-use building along Navaho Drive, per site plans submitted to the city. It will be the first building on the company’s recently acquired 28-acre property that extends the Innovation District further east along Interstate 440.

A spokesperson for Kane Realty said the apartments will be an age-restricted community for residents 55 and up.” Source:
