On my first trip to Denmark I had the privilege of making a new baking friend, Viola! We made apple pie with apples from her tree and with her sister Karla!

The next year, I took and Rachel to visit on their birthday trip to Copenhagen! Danielle made traditional apple pie and Viola and I made chocolate chip cookies!!
