First wedding of this wedding season last week and we had an AWESOME TIME!! Let the nerves go and just had fun as you can see. I am so thankful to have had my wife and all the team there to support the vision of the house 🔥

In this specific wedding we have multiple locations that we were shooting at and were dealing with very inconsistent lighting conditions. We opted for bring our own lighting to emphasize the details we wanted to and white balance matching scene to scene and just bringing up areas that just sat flat on the frame.

Just in‼️The light weight shoulder rig and nucleus nano ii for wireless handheld control of the camera for when we mount it from the tripod to the shoulder rig and vice versa. We just started using this setup and honestly it’s been a game changer in terms of arm, hand and shoulder fatigue from going handheld for live streaming. This new business hired us a couple months ago on a retainer package and it’s been an awesome time coming up with new concepts and project ideas with them for new menu items and seasonal launches as well as promotional items and specials ✅

One thing we keep hearing is the lack in initiative currently in the market to help business grow by going above the expectation and serving the business instead of just charging the business. We noticed a while back that going above and beyond for clients will always result in them getting more attention on their business and in turn will keep us coming back to help them month after month. It’s not always about the money in this business. Once you can grasp this concept business just starts to take flow naturally.

Every production has a key role to fill. Whether it be assisting the kitchen to fix some issues with the visual presentation, or being eyes for the director as to what might be in the frame that doesn’t suit making the business look the absolute best. Everything matters✅ A key takeaway from yesterdays shoot was the lighting setup and the “night” scene we were aiming to paint with those lights. A lot of people talk cameras, sensors, open gate etc, but not enough talk kelvin, intensity and even green and magenta shifts when it comes to making sure the food doesn’t lose it’s visual consistency scene to scene.
