Summer always brings a different energy to town! 🌞

Mornings start up early, evenings last longer, and every day places start to feel a bit more like a community again. You notice music in the distance, conversations outside, and people slowing down just enough to enjoy it.

What’s your fave summer activity happening right now?

Spent yesterday at the IMN Non-QM Conference at the beautiful Waldorf Astoria Dana Point and it was such a great event. ☀️🏡

I always enjoy attending these conferences, not only for the market updates and education, but for the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, catch up with friends in the industry, and meet new people doing amazing things in lending, capital markets, and real estate.

Some of the conversations that stood out were around the continued growth of Non-QM products, investor appetite, securitization trends, creative financing solutions, and what opportunities may be ahead as the market continues to evolve.

One of my favorite reminders from events like this is that our industry is so relationship driven. There is so much value in stepping away from our desks, sharing ideas, hearing different perspectives, and building connections that turn into future opportunities.
