The store is located on busy boulevard. Landlord will negotiate new lease with buyer for approx. 2,200 sq. ft.

Net serves maintenance and repair people, home projects, schools and students, hobbyists, car enthusiasts, DIY'ers, repair shops, installers, tinkerers, network projects, etc.
