Yes! We guarantee same day haircut appointments! We only offer same day appointments and cannot accept appointments over the phone. The best way to make your appointment is to use our Great Clips app on your phone or check in on the web at https://www.greatclips.com/find-a-salon-online-check-in?salonnumber=1321 and it will tell you the approximate time until your appointment. *You may also come in to the salon up until 15 minutes before our closing time and get an appointment for the same day. Most appointments made at the salon will usually be within 30 minutes.

Please note, at this time, the Pennsylvania State Board of cosmetology is requiring facial coverings for all Customers and is prohibiting us from performing beard/mustache trims. And of course, like everywhere you go, please ensure you are social distancing in the lobby (in some cases, if our lobby is at social distance capacity, we may have to ask you to wait outside). Also, you will need to delay your visit if you are not feeling well, if you or a member of your household has been exposed or if you have or are experiencing any symptoms to COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

While salons are one of the most sanitary retail environments, we have taken steps during closing to enhance our environment for our Customers and team. We have implemented pre-shift wellness checks for staff, installed a touch free hand sanitizing station in our lobby, installed touch free hand sanitizing stations on our floor, we already had touch free soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers, we installed motion sensor lighting in rest rooms, we have switched to two-minute contact virus disinfectants, our entire staff has been Barbicide re-certified, and we are working to install touch free faucets.

We are currently running temporary hours, Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm.

June 12th 9am! We’ve missed you and can’t wait to see you! We want you to be aware of a few things to make getting your haircut the best possible experience, so please note:

(1) Our salon is required to run at 50% occupancy. We will be doing our best to staff as many stylists as possible from open to close. We expect to have 3-5 stylists on hand all day which should allow us to do about 9 to 15 haircuts an hour.

(2) For now, out of an abundance of caution, please bring face coverings to make sure we are following best practices! We will have a very limited supply available to Customers for unusual circumstances.

(3) In most cases, please do not enter the lobby. Look outside for our Hair Traffic Controller / receptionist in the yellow vest. They can check you in or note your arrival if you checked in online.

(4) Appointments are required. We cannot take appointments over the phone. All appointment times are approximate. A Great way to schedule a real-time appointment, use our Great Clips app. You can download the app for free from the app store on your phone. It is the simplest most convenient way to get your haircut without waiting in line all day, simply Check in with the Great Clips app, watch your wait time count down, arrive at the salon with 10-15 minutes remaining on your wait time. It is strongly encouraged to use the app, wait times will likely be long based on what we see for other salons that have reopened. You may also check in on the Internet here https://www.greatclips.com/find-a-salon-online-check-in… (this link won't be actively taking appointments until the salon opens). If you do not have access to the app or Internet, you can come to the salon and our Hair Traffic Controller can make an appointment for you then and there (it could be up to several hours depending on the salon traffic) so come to Great Clips first, make your appointment, you can wait or run errands, and come back, we will save your spot. (Our appointment system only lets us setup appointments for same day and next open appointment, we are unable to set appointments for specific days/times.)

(5) Because we will be incredibly busy, we will be unable to answer our telephones to make appointments or answer questions. This will likely be the case for several days if not a week.

(6) Our lobby seating will be limited due to social distancing and occupancy limits in effect. When it’s close to your turn, our Hair Traffic Controller will come find you if you are waiting outside, in your car, etc. and stage you to the lobby.
