We snuck a few classes in this week, but severe ice and dangerous road conditions have us closing for tonight. The road in front of the academy is actually shut down currently.

Tuesday, April 9th, Muay Thai Phenom Anna “Supergirl” Jaroonsak and her coach “Superdad” Kru Jaroonsak are coming all the way from Thailand to teach a seminar at First State! Seminar is from 6-8pm and all gyms and all experience levels are welcome!
This is a great opportunity to learn authentic Muay Thai kickboxing from elite, world class talent!

Our competitors had a great showing at the Good Fight Summer Classic in MD yesterday! We had three kids and 3 adults compete in both gi and no gi. Despite bringing a small team, we took home a bunch of medals … but more importantly, it was great to see everyone have a good time embracing the challenge of testing themselves through competition. We’re so proud of everyone and are looking forward to the next one!

We had a great time hosting a friendly scrimmage with the kids at Bayside Jiu Jitsu! All the kids had fun while getting in some great training and making new friends.
It’s great to see Delaware’s kids’ Jiu-Jitsu community growing! Thanks to all who came out to show their support!

BOTH kids classes will be at 5 today!
There will be no adult Jiu-Jitsu tonight. We are having a special guest instructor teach a “Boxing Fundamentals for Martial Artists” seminar from 6-8pm.
The boxing seminar is open to all members and everyone is encouraged to attend!
