We've got an update to share about UT2 and how we're stepping up our customer support.

The short version: we rebuilt our support system from the ground up. UT2 owners now get VIP priority routing, 24-hour first responses, and frontline agents who can approve refunds and replacements on the spot.

Over the past two years, we’ve delivered multiple OTA updates and have continued to release updates on a regular basis. Our commitment is simple: to continuously improve the product and deliver an even better experience for our users over time.

We've also resolved many open UT2 cases and shipped firmware fixes for key issues including:
