We’ve turned over another beautiful family living space. This was a kitchen and living room addition and accomplished giving this family an updated, open and bright gathering space.

We've recently completed this condo renovation in historical Portsmouth. The building is a former schoolhouse and was built in 1840. This renovation allows the home to be both historic and modern at 185 years old!

This is a frame and exterior project we completed in Laconia last year. If you scroll back to March, you can see we started from the ground, and the finished exterior is fantastic. We completed the frame, windows, doors, siding, trim and decks. The homeowner is a talented carpenter and completed the interior himself.

Sneak Peek👀 This stunning project on the Piscataqua is nearly complete, hardscape will be completed in the spring. Interior will be photographed next week and the homeowners are moving in as well. We can’t wait for them to enjoy all the new views!
