Today, we observe Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and serves as a powerful reminder of our nation’s journey toward freedom and equality.
As we honor this important day, we reflect on the struggles, sacrifices, and achievements of generations of Black Americans whose strength and determination helped shape our communities and our country. Juneteenth is a time to remember our history, celebrate progress, and recommit ourselves to creating opportunities and stronger futures for all.
Please note that NeighborGood Partners’ offices are closed today in observance of Juneteenth and will reopen during normal business hours tomorrow.
Wishing everyone a meaningful and reflective Juneteenth.

We’re excited to see progress continue on Laurel Glen, a project designed to expand access to quality, affordable housing opportunities in Sussex County while creating pathways toward long-term stability and homeownership.
A special thank you to Congresswoman Sarah McBride and her team for visiting the site and helping secure critical funding for the sewer infrastructure that will help move this project forward. Investments in infrastructure are often the first step in making affordable housing possible.
We’re grateful for the partnerships, support, and shared commitment to addressing housing challenges in our communities, and we look forward to continuing the work ahead.

For some, it's a safe place to land after a long day. For others, it's a backyard filled with laughter, holiday traditions around the table, or the opportunity to build a brighter future.
Homeownership offers more than a place to live, it can provide stability, security, and a foundation for lasting memories. This National Homeownership Month, we're celebrating the many ways a home can help families thrive and communities grow.

50 Years of Impact: Our Story Begins, Before NeighborGood Partners, before NCALL's housing programs, our roots were in advocacy.
Originally known as the National Council on Agricultural Life and Labor Research Fund, our work focused on supporting rural communities, family farms, agricultural workers, and improving living and working conditions throughout the region.
What started as a mission to help people has grown into 50 years of strengthening communities through housing, lending, and education.
Your dream home is closer than you think! Homeownership isn't just about buying a house, it's about building stability and investing in your future.
Throughout National Homeownership Month, we'll be sharing tips and resources to help you take the next step toward owning a home. Whether you're just getting started or ready to begin the process, NeighborGood Partners is here to help.

Investing in young people is investing in the future of our neighborhoods.
Innovation Station S.T.E.A.M. and Leadership Summer Camp returns this July, creating opportunities for kids to learn, grow, collaborate, and explore new skills in a positive community environment. Programs like these help empower the next generation of leaders right here in Dover.
